| Snow Policy: |
| Emergency meeting cancellations are those cancellations caused by conditions beyond your control such as severe weather. The BNI-NOVA standard procedure for severe weather is – if the county school system is closed there is no meeting – if the county school system starts late or has “liberal leave” then a meeting is held, but no absences are charged. You must have a system of notifying your chapter members and planned visitors when a cancellation of this type occurs. You should also call your Area Director as soon as the decision to cancel the meeting has been made. |
